What are the costs associated with DiviPay?

DiviPay costs just $4.00 per user, per month and if you make a transaction in a foreign currency Mastercard will pass on a 2.99% fee to process the conversion. There are no other costs associated with DiviPay.

Can I test out DiviPay before making any commitments?

Yes, we offer a 14 day free-trial to help you assess if the tool is right for your business. If you are happy with DiviPay just keep using it and you will roll-over into your standard billing cycle once your free-trial is over. If DiviPay isn’t the right fit for you, just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll help you close your account and transfer any remaining funds back to you.

When will I be billed for using DiviPay?

Your monthly bill will be deducted directly from your DiviPay account balance on the last day of your monthly billing cycle. You will be emailed when your bill is withdrawn with a tax invoice. Your billing cycle begins once your 14 day free-trial ends.

Where can I see a breakdown of my invoice and associated users?

Go to settings > billing. You will be able to view and download all invoices and review what users were included in your monthly plan. You can manage your users by going to the people page.

Do you offer a discount for NFPs and charities?

How do I close my DiviPay account?

If you would like to close your DiviPay account just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll help you close your account and transfer any remaining funds back to you.
