What plan should I choose?

Most companies using DiviPay choose the Growth plan. This plan works well for companies with 10-50 people making business payments.

If your company has 1-10 people making a small number of business payments we recommend the Starter plan. Keep in mind that you will need to upgrade to access advanced features like Top-Up Requests, Custom Fields and SaaS Spending Management.

If your company has 50-300 people or a large payment volume we recommend the Scale plan.

If you don’t want to think about this right now we recommend getting started with the Growth plan so that you have access to the full set of features.

What are the costs associated with DiviPay?

Each plan has a different per user per month fee that is determined by the number of payments made each month and expense management features you have access to.

All plans are exclusive of GST and have a 2.99% FX conversion fee on transactions made in a foreign currency.

Can I test out DiviPay before making any commitments?

Yes, we offer a 14 day free-trial to help you assess if the tool is right for your business. If you are happy with DiviPay just keep using it and you will roll-over into your standard billing cycle once your free-trial is over. If DiviPay isn’t the right fit for you, just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll help you close your account and transfer any remaining funds back to you.

When will I be billed for using DiviPay?

Your monthly bill will be deducted directly from your DiviPay account balance on the last day of your monthly billing cycle. You will be emailed when your bill is withdrawn with a tax invoice. Your billing cycle begins once your 14 day free-trial ends.

Do you offer a discount for not-for-profits and charities?

We may be able to offer a discount to for certain not-for-profits and charities. Please book a demo or email us at customerservice@divipay.com to discuss further.

How do I close my DiviPay account?

If you would like to close your DiviPay account just get in touch with our customer service team and we’ll help you close your account and transfer any remaining funds back to you.
