We are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketer to lead, develop and implement both paid and non-paid marketing strategies to deliver high-quality leads to our sales team.
As a Growth Marketer at DiviPay you will be responsible for:
Developing a pipeline of inbound leads
Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Working with a digital agency to develop and implement marketing campaigns across PPC, display, retargeting and paid social
Running and reporting the results of experiments, including A/B and multivariate user tests.
Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
Reporting on key metrics related to CAC, channel performance and channel growth across segments
Collaborating with the product and dev teams to deliver and optimise the growth strategy.
Prioritising marketing projects and allocate a budget accordingly
Important skills and experience:
Deep understanding of different growth channels
Ability to think creatively and willingness to test multiple growth
channels and marketing campaigns
Quantitative data analytics skills
Demonstrable experience designing and iterating on marketing experiments and how you used data to drive your decisions.
Experience with Google Analytics and event-based analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel)
Deep knowledge of all social media platforms and ad serving tools
A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented
Genuine resilience and comfort with change.

We'd love it if you have:
Experience as an early growth marketer in a fast growing SaaS business
Passion for SEM and a keen follower of current trends in the industry
A frustration with the status-quo of business expenses (if you’ve ever used your own money to pay for business expenses this shouldn’t be hard!)
