Growth Marketing Manager

Are you looking to work for a growing fintech where you will have a direct impact on the success of the business on a daily basis and lead the growth marketing function?

We are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to lead, develop and implement both paid and non-paid marketing strategies to deliver high-quality leads to our sales team. 

As a Growth Marketing Manager at DiviPay you will be responsible for:  

  • Developing a pipeline of inbound leads

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital PPC, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display

  • Working across the full funnel, acquisition, activation and retention to help achieve business goals

  • Growing and managing the growth team

  • Running and reporting the results of experiments, including A/B and multivariate user tests.

  • Building a robust optimisation and testing framework to improve campaign performance in terms of CTR, CPL, CAC, and other key performance indicators.

  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.

  • Collaborating with the product and dev teams to deliver and optimise the growth strategy

  • Prioritising marketing projects and allocate a budget accordingly

Important skills and experience:

  • 3+ years as a Growth/ Digital marketer with a track record of achieving business objectives and improving performance

  • Hands on campaign management (SEM,PPC, paid social, retargeting) 

  • Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product, preferably for a high growth startup or scaleup

  • Demonstrated people management experience 

  • Ability to think creatively and willingness to test multiple growth channels and marketing campaigns 

  • Quantitative data analytics skills 

  • Demonstrable experience designing and iterating on marketing experiments and how you used data to drive your decisions. 

  • Experience with Google Analytics and event-based analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel) 

  • Deep knowledge of all social media platforms and ad serving tools

  • A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented

  • Genuine resilience and comfort with change. As we grow, new challenges appear which require creativity, boldness and a willingness to take on responsibilities
