Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager

Are you looking to work for a growing fintech where you will have a direct impact on the success of the business on a daily basis and lead the digital marketing function? 

DiviPay is a fast-growing startup backed by leading venture capital firms including ANZi. We've been growing organically and have now reached an inflection point where we are looking to ramp up our marketing activities and build a great team. 

We’re on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to execute integrated growth and digital marketing campaigns from concepts to execution.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will;

Establish and implement DiviPay’s digital marketing strategy with a focus on B2B lead generating campaigns;

  • Own and manage end-to-end digital campaign initiatives to create awareness, acquire and convert new customers as well as grow existing customer accounts

  • Monitor performance of campaigns and optimise for CTR, CPA and ROI and other key performance metrics

  • Manage the DiviPay website with the goal of increasing traffic through SEO optimisation 

  • Run CRO experiments to optimise lead acquisition funnel

  • Build and maintain paid and performance marketing channels

  • Become an expert in Hubspot CRM and a marketing automation system to understand the customer journey and in turn build high performing email and conversational marketing campaigns and landing pages

  • Create reports that communicate performance and insights to internal stakeholders

  • Increase organic growth and engagement across social media channels

Key Requirements

  • At least 2 years experience working in digital marketing/growth marketing within fast growth organisations

  • Hands on experience in campaign management (SEM,PPC, paid social, retargeting) 

  • A demonstrated passion for B2B marketing (experience working in fintech is a plus)

  • A track record in creating high performing lead nurturing campaigns

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable, impactful work

  • Attention to detail and strong analytical/problem solving skills

  • Proven ability to work well as part of a fast paced team

  • Entrepreneurial and growth mindset

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus (not required)
