DiviPay is a virtual corporate Mastercard and expense management platform helping businesses eliminate expense admin, reimbursements and card sharing. A first of its kind expense management platform custom built for SMEs, DiviPay is the only tool that allows Finance Teams to issue every employee with their own unique virtual corporate card, whilst staying in control of spending and automating their expense reporting.

DiviPay is used by Australia’s leading businesses, including tech unicorns, Y-Combinator graduates, public companies and fast growing SMEs to streamline their business expenses. We recently completed our Series A capital raise led by ANZ bank which you can read more about here.

We’re based in a brand new, fully refurbished office space in Surry Hills, only a 5 minute walk away from Central station and all of the varied food and drink that Surry Hills has to offer.

Your new role:

Are you looking to work for an early stage company where you will have a direct impact on the success of the business on a daily basis? Are you ready to lead the growth marketing function at a high performing business?

We are looking for an exceptional Growth Marketer to lead, develop and implement both paid and non-paid marketing strategies to deliver high-quality leads to our sales team.

As a Growth Marketer at DiviPay you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a pipeline of inbound leads
  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Working with a digital agency to develop and implement marketing campaigns across PPC, display, retargeting and paid social
  • Running and reporting the results of experiments, including A/B and multivariate user tests.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimise spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Reporting on key metrics related to CAC, channel performance and channel growth across segments
  • Collaborating with the product and dev teams to deliver and optimise the growth strategy.
  • Prioritising marketing projects and allocate a budget accordingly

Important skills and experience:

  • Deep understanding of different growth channels
  • Ability to think creatively and willingness to test multiple growth channels and marketing campaigns
  • Quantitative data analytics skills
  • Demonstrable experience designing and iterating on marketing experiments and how you used data to drive your decisions.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and event-based analytics tools (e.g. Mixpanel)
  • Deep knowledge of all social media platforms and ad serving tools
  • A quick learner, self-motivated, ambitious, and detail-oriented
  • Genuine resilience and comfort with change. As we grow, new challenges appear which require creativity, boldness and a willingness to take on responsibilities

We'd love it if you have:

  • Experience as an early growth marketer in a fast growing SaaS business
  • Passion for SME and a keen follower of current trends in the industry
  • A frustration with the status-quo of business expenses (if you’ve ever used your own money to pay for business expenses this shouldn’t be hard!)
